Riad Jardin Secret is a private guesthouse located in Marrakech, Morocco.
Registered under Marrakchi Ink SARL, headquartered at 43, 46 Arset Aouzal 40000 Marrakech, trade register number RC: 66323, tax ID15223179.
All services are provided in accordance with Moroccan hospitality and commercial regulations.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any reservation made via the website, by email, or through a payment link sent by Riad Jardin Secret. They govern the contractual relationship between the client and the establishment for all services offered (accommodation, breakfast, on-demand services).

3. Booking

A reservation is only considered confirmed after receiving written confirmation and a 50% deposit.
The deposit implies full acceptance of these terms.
The remaining balance is payable on-site upon arrival or departure, in cash or by credit card.

4. Cancellation Policy

- More than 15 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit (excluding any bank charges).
- Between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure (illness, flight cancellation, border closures), a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months may be offered.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email).

5. Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: before 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

6. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure platform certified by the Moroccan Interbank Payment Center (CMI), as well as cash payments on-site.

7. Pricing

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes (TTC).
Riad Jardin Secret reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the rate applied at the time of booking.

8. Use of the Premises

Guests agree to respect the tranquility of the premises and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose.
Any behavior contrary to good morals or public order may result in the termination of the stay without refund.

9. Liability

Riad Jardin Secret is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur on the premises.
The house is strictly reserved for registered guests.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for managing your stay and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

11. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is exclusively attributed to the courts of Marrakech.
